Report something
In the app, tap Report under any reel that's playing. Pick a reason, add a note if you want, and it goes straight to us. You won't hear that reel again either way.
You can also block a creator from the same screen. Blocking removes their reels from your feed and stops you following them.
We review reports and remove content that breaks the community guidelines. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. If something needs urgent attention, email support@roadreel.app with the reel title and creator handle.
Common problems
Audio stops when I lock my phone
Check that RoadReel has permission to play in the background, and that your phone isn't in a Focus mode that silences media. If it keeps happening, email us with your phone model and iOS version.
The buttons on my steering wheel don't skip
RoadReel uses the same controls as any other audio app. First check that the reel title is showing on your car's display — if the title is right but the buttons do nothing, the issue is usually the head unit's Bluetooth profile rather than the app. Try connecting through CarPlay instead of plain Bluetooth.
My upload was rejected
Reels must be between 10 seconds and 5 minutes. Longer imports are trimmed to the first 5 minutes automatically. Files must contain an audio track — a silent video won't work.
I forgot my password
Email support@roadreel.app from the address on your account and we'll help you get back in.
Too many failed sign-ins
After several wrong passwords, sign-in locks for 15 minutes. Wait it out and try again.
Delete your account
Email privacy@roadreel.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll remove your account, your reels, and your listening history, and confirm when it's done. We respond within 30 days and usually much sooner.
To remove a single reel instead, open Profile, press and hold the reel, and choose Delete.
Copyright
If you believe a reel infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@roadreel.app. Include what work was infringed, where the infringing reel is, your contact details, and the statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Details are in section 9 of the Terms of Service.
